Taking into account these and other cooperative aspects, on 15 June, the Agribusiness Gessulli, through the magazines Avicultura Industrial and Suinocultura Industrial will perform the III Who’s Who Award: Bigger and Best poultry and swine cooperatives from Brazil. The awards will be presented during an exclusive event reserved for cooperatives, partners, professionals and guests in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina
Considering the concepts that give identity to the cooperatives (cooperation, transformation and balance), this year, the who’s who turns into a single, unique event. The big night for cooperatives, ten categories of this important link in the production chain will receive Brazilian, bringing together in the same environment the Presidents of cooperatives, directors, technicians and producers who will receive the consecration in the poultry and swine markets

Considering your strong performance in the agro sector, the company that will hold the economic indices, social, environmental, technological and sustainable will be Markestrat-Center for research and projects in Marketing and strategy, led by recognized agribusiness affairs specialist Marcos Fava Neves. Neves will closely monitor the process of selection of the winners and present the research methodology in the event.

Categories and methodology
To observe the multiplicity of cooperative relations, Gessulli, along with Markestrat and the Organization of Brazilian cooperatives (OCB) has drawn up a search metric based on ten categories of which awarding the first, second and third place. They are: economic and financial; Environment; Social; Sustainability; Technical; Better Management (Cooperation); Innovation; Operational Management (Field); Cooperated Woman and Retail.
The development of the methodology will be based on data collection from a dozen cooperatives that produce poultry and swine, from which must be aligned for assigning notes to pre-defined categories giving threads for the construction of three major ranked.
In this way, the III Who’s Who Award: bigger and best poultry and swine cooperatives honor more broadly all the strands that form the cooperative ideal so widespread in the world and in Brazil has proved to be a more egalitarian way to produce.
